Las celebraciones del personal sanitario cuando sus pacientes abandonan la UCI se están viralizando en las redes sociales a través de multitud de fotos y vídeos. Entre aplausos, los médicos, enfermeros y personal implicado despiden a aquellos que ya no se encuentran en una situación de riesgo derivada del coronavirus.
Esta vez, la nota de esperanza ha tenido lugar en el Hospital Universitario Clínico San Cecilio de Granada, donde dos pacientes, Cristina y Mª Carmen, han salido vitoreadas de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. Después de 12 días ingresadas con respiración asistida, por fin han podido pasar a planta. Ambas han sido de las primeras en ser extubadas con éxito en el hospital granadino.
"Animo a las familias que tienen a pacientes enfermos a que no se preocupen, que de ésta se sale. Sí se puede", comenta Cristina momentos después de haber salido de la UCI. Al hilo del mensaje positivo de la paciente, el sanitario que las acompaña lanza un "mensaje de ánimo". "De esta se sale, entre todos salimos de ésta".
